

When planning to stay at this resort, you need to get a rental car. The staff, specially at the front desk needs a lot more of education in hospitality and customer service to meet the standards, to justify the high prices. 😡 What I found was unfortunately the worst service I ever experienced in a hotel around this price range. Habitas, known for its bohemian resorts in Tulum (Mexico) and Namibia, set the expectations of any luxury traveler very high. 😍 Habitas al-'Ula set right in the heart of the protected Ashar Valley - an etheral, otherworldly landscape of soaring rock formations and endless desert plains - is one of the most beautiful places I've seen so far.
